This class is perfect to get your body moving on a summer Saturday morning. We will start with gently warming up the spine. Mat Pilates - VWKC
Mat Pilates is a great way to build up your core and overall strength. Exercises are done on your mat with little to no props or weights, but can be modified to be easier or harder depending on your level of fitness.
Great for beginners to advanced students. We will focus on stabilization of the joints to reduce risk of injury as well as flexibility and mobility.
Pilates is perfect for movement and training for a long, happy, healthy life!

Meditation can benefit us all. This class is open to all levels and perfect for beginners to advanced students.
Join us as we quiet the mind and invite gratitude inward. Focus on your personal intentions or simply rest the mind and body. Comfort is key to quieting the mind and letting the body rest.
I’ll guide you through some gentle breath work and intentions to get you started and keep you on track through this 30 minute session.
