This class is perfect to get your body moving on a summer Saturday morning. We will start with gently warming up the spine. A great class to take if you are a Pilates newbie, curious about Pilates, or are a seasoned Pilates goer! This class will be full body to give you a taste of how Pilates can help your mind body connection, improve your fitness, and change up your wellness routine.
