Cardio/HIIT
A 45 min lunch time class to get your heart rate up and improve cardiovascular fitness. High intensity full body moves perfect to get a full body workout in during the middle of your day. Working in calisthenics and some light weights to raise heart rate. Rest breaks are added in to allow heart rate to lower and then allow it to rise again improving heart resilience and health.
10-15 mins of a cool down to stretch and release the body getting you back to your day worked out and stretched out.

Small group reformer classes are limited to 4 per class. Not quite a semi private, but with more attention to detail and a better teacher to student ratio!

FOUNDATIONS
REFORM FOUNDATIONS is a slower paced, beginner-friendly class that focuses on breath, balance, flexibility, and posture. A gentler version of our REFORM classes, FOUNDATIONS is great for new clients, postpartum women, those starting a new movement program, is joint-friendly, and ideal for those who prefer to move at a less intense pace. This class teaches challenging exercises but in layers that are accessible in a class setting.
