This class is perfect to get your body moving on a summer Saturday morning. We will start with gently warming up the body. We will gradually increase our movements and flow allowing the body to heat up and loosen up. To finish, we will settle in and relax the body to stretch and melt the tension away. This class is great for active recovery or if you are just starting your yoga practice or just coming back to yoga.
