Small group reformer classes are limited to 4 per class. This allows the teacher to student ratio to be more favorable for checking form, ensuring proper safety, and progressing in your practice individually. Expect the entire body to be worked during your class with classical and contemporary teachings.
Level: All levels with previous reformer Pilates experience highly recommended.

If you are completely new to reformer Pilates we recommend you complete at least the 3-pack of solo sessions prior to enrolling in small group classes. Gripper socks required.
