REFORM FOUNDATIONS is a slower paced, beginner-friendly class that focuses on breath, balance, flexibility, and posture. A gentler version of our REFORM classes, FOUNDATIONS is great for new clients, postpartum women, those starting a new movement program, is joint-friendly, and ideal for those who prefer to move at a less intense pace. This class teaches challenging exercises but in layers that are accessible in a class setting.
