REFORM is Studio7’s signature class incorporating the Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair. You will move your body through all planes of movement as you focus on flow, stamina, form, and balance. This is a contemporary Pilates small group class mixed with fitness, taught at an intermediate level with modifications and progressions provided for all. Our knowledgeable, fully trained and supportive instructors focus on your form and alignment throughout the entire session.

Classes are open to all-levels but not suitable for those who have not completed their Intro private sessions or 4-6 Foundations classes. Gripper socks are required.
