This class is perfect to get your body moving on a fall Saturday afternoon. We will start with gently warming up the spine. A great class to take if you are a Pilates newbie, curious about Pilates, or are a seasoned Pilates goer! This class will be full body to give you a taste of how Pilates can help your mind body connection, improve your fitness, and change up your wellness routine.
Enjoy all the wonderful vendors around and explore all the spa offerings available!
Please bring your own mat for class. Other equipment will be provided if necessary.
