Chair yoga isn’t just for people with mobility concerns. Chair yoga is and can be for everyone. Whether you sit at a desk all day, are in need of mobility devices, or just don’t quite get off the ground like you used to, come try a chair yoga class to get your body moving gently.
Breath work and mental focus is a huge part of yoga and the poses or asanas are an addition to the traditional practice. We will go slow, focus on breathing, cultivating mental clarity, all while stretching and moving the spine in all directions to improve flexibility, spinal mobility, and posture.
A 60 minute class on Tuesday afternoons at 1:30 pm for a peaceful and relaxing way to energize you midday.
