• Yoga, Pilates, & Mobility

    My training and experience working with people hands on through musculoskeletal stretching and soft tissue manipulations allows me to bring an individualized approach to how I teach.

    Yoga is much more than physical postures. Breath work is hugely important with any yoga or mobility work. Being able to combine all of these techniques allows for a specialized experience that will leave you feeling refreshed.

    Currently, I am in process of completing my full Pilates comprehensive through Balanced Body. This extensive training will allow me to provide my clients the most well rounded Pilates experience.
